Congratulations to Chase Carraway for his win at the Texas High Performance Regatta and Youth World Qualifier. Chase easily held his first place standing all three days with 8 bullets and finishing the regatta with a 12 point lead. Chase will be representing the USA at the World Sailing Youth Worlds this summer in Corpus Christi TX.
