Congratulations to the 2018 LYC Laser Radial Commodore’s Cup Champion Scott Harris! Second Place and top LYC member was Nicholas Reeser. Jamie Paul earned Third Place. The 2018 LYC Laser Commodore’s Cup had a record number of entries at 28! There was an unbelievable amount of competition in this one day regatta on Sunday, March 18th. The top three competitors combined for 68 points with Scott winning by eight. PROs JC and Bobby had no idea who had won the regatta until the scores were tabulated as there were 24 competitors scoring OCS in four races. Winds ranged from 4 to 12 knots from the west for the first two races until the seabreeze kicked in from the east southeast for the last two giving a full range of conditions for the day.
Emma Asturias won the Laser 4.7 Commodore’s Cup with Lauren Connell earning second in a tight battle!

Trophies will be presented Saturday, April 14th at the LYC Change of Command right after the Fleet Review at 4:45 PM.
